TURNERJohn H. II, age 88, of Stockholm, on Thursday, September 13, 2007. John H. Turner II was born in Paterson and had resided in Stockholm since 1965. A WW II U.S. Navy veteran, John worked as a foreman for General Electric and Watson Flagg in Fair Lawn for over 40 years. He was a charter member of the GE Retirement Club. John H. Watson II was the beloved husband of the late Angie (nee Guerrero) Turner (2005). Loving father of John H. Turner III and his wife Barbara of Oak Ridge, NC. Dear grandfather of Shane Turner and great-grandfather of Briana and Ashton Turner. Brother of Robert Turner of Peru, VT, and the late Carolyn Burtt and Alice Lamoureaux. John is survived by many loving nieces and nephews, and predeceased by his beloved poodle, Jaques. Funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Monday, September 17, 2007 at the Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Avenue, Hawthorne. Interment will follow at the Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa. Friends may call on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
