John Titak III Munster John Titak, III, age 63, of Munster, IN, died on Monday, July 12, 2004 in Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL. He was a member of the Motion Picture and Studio Mechanics Union. He loved fishing and playing cards and spending time with his two dogs. He was loved by all and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his wife of 38 years: JoAnn Titak; three sons: John (Laura) Titak of Atlanta, GA, Daniel (Jenn) Titak of Rockford, IL and David Titak of Highland, IN; three grandchildren: Morgan, Paige and Tanner Titak; and brother Harold Titak of Evansville, IN. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, July 16, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. DIRECTLY at St. Thomas More Church, 8501 Calumet Ave., Munster. Interment will be Friday in Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville. Friends may call on Thursday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. (with a prayer service at 3:30 p.m.), at the Burns-Kish Funeral Home, 8415 Calumet Ave., Munster, IN.
