CASEY, John T. "Jack" Peacefully on January 17, 2008 surrounded with love at the Madonna L.T.C. facility, John Casey "Jack" in his 88th year. Beloved husband of the late Madeleine (nee Soubliere). Loving father of Tom (Adele) and Dan (Sandra). Cherished grandfather of Kristina (Mark Simonson), Annik (Chris Loken), John and Andrea as well as great-grandfather of Sydney, Thomas, Charlotte and Beatrice. The family would like to thank Henri Lewandowski, his personal support worker for the past 6 years, the Queenswood Villa and the Madonna for their compassionate care.
