JOHN STANLEY LEE Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family and friends on Saturday, October 25, 2008 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Karen (nee Burns) for 38 years. Loving father of Gillian and Robert. Cherished grandpa of the "Perfect Grandson" Jacob. John will be lovingly remembered by his sisters Joanna Hogan, of Halifax, and Diana Hawkins, of Mississauga. Much loved uncle of Stephanie, Deirdre, Christie, Jennifer, and Greg. John retired from a career in sales and marketing to pursue his passion of public speaking and commercial voice work. He will long be remembered for his commitment to his church, and many community activities. The family will cherish the memories of times shared at Isla del Sol, Florida, and pool side at Ponytrail Drive. Grateful thanks to the healthcare team from Trillium Oncology, the VON, and Dr. A. Petrasek for their care and support. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral Service will be held at St. Matthew's Anglican Church, 3962 Bloor St. W. on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 12 noon.
