John H. II "Jock" USAF Retired Age 56 formerly of Horseheads NY died Friday, February 20, 2004 at the Bath VA Medical Center. John was born in Elmira NY on June 26, 1947, the son of Dr. John H. and Elizabeth Hebbe Sheahan. In addition to his parents John is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Peter and Nancy Sheahan, William Sheahan, Dr. Timothy and Susan Sheahan, Michael and Joanne Sheahan; sister and brother-in-law, Kristen and Robert Clark; close friend, Ann Byrski; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. John was retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service. Friends are invited to call at the McInerny Funeral Home on Sunday, February 22, 2004 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 23, 2004, at 10:00 AM in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Elmira. Burial, with military honors, will follow at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery.
