TAYLOR, John S. III 67, of Largo, passed away Nov. 1, 2008. Born in Clearwater, into the pioneering Taylor family on Sept. 21, 1941. He graduated from Largo High School and attended the University of South Florida and Southeastern Louisiana University. Preceding his death was his wife Mary Ann Specht Taylor and his parents John S. Taylor Jr. and Marion Ulmer Taylor. Survivors include his sons, John S. Taylor IV and Jason A. Taylor; and daughters Mary T. Jacobs and Amy J. Wynn, and 14 grandchildren. Survivors also include 2 sisters, Jean Taylor Carter and Mary Taylor Hancock. Services will be private.
