He was a graduate of Cliffside Park High School and Corning College where he received an Associate's degree in computers, was an employee of Best Buy, and was a Veteran of the US Army Infantry. Devoted son to Bertha Doherty. Loving father to Andrew and Rachel Lee. Dear brother to Jackie Tortora and her husband, Perry, and Tom and his wife, Marina Doherty. Loving uncle to Tammy Pini-Loper, Robert Pini, Erin T. He is also survived by his great-uncles, aunts, cousins, and many friends. A Funeral Mass was offered at Church of the Epiphany, Cliffside Park and Interment was at Fairview Cemetery, July 11, 2008.
