October 20, 2006 John Raymond Miller, 83, of 3424 Cottrell Road, Jordan, Town of Cato, died Friday at home. Born in Weedsport, he was the son of John R. and Catheryn Munger Miller. John retired in 1985 after 43 years with the Crouse Hinds Corp. He then spent 15 years working at H.O. Clark, Inc. in Elbridge. John was an Army veteran of W.W. II and a member of the DAV. Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Viola DeCoursey Miller; four sons, John (Patricia) Miller Jr., Lonnie (Susan) Miller, Bruce (Diane) Miller, Scott (Cindy) Miller; three daughters, Kathleen (David) Curtin, Anita Garner, Christine (Daniel) Cox; a brother, Derwood G. Miller and a sister, Marjorie Tooley; 21 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to call 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Bush Funeral Home 120 E.
