HODGE, JOHN RAYMOND, 87, of Louisville, died Monday at Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville's inpatient unit at Norton Healthcare Pavilion. He was a native of Hodgenville, KY, a retired truck driver and a member of First Baptist Church in Buffalo, KY. He is survived by his sister, Alberta (Virgil) Shipley; Mary Summers, who cared for him; and four nieces and four nephews. Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church, Buffalo. Burial: church cemetery. Visitation: 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Perryman's Mortuary, 34th and Broadway.
