LAIRD, John "Jack" R. III, 62, of Port Richey, FIa., passed away at home August 24, 2006. He arrived in Port Richey, Fla., from Bricktown, N.J., in 1999. He was an electrical equipment salesman and an member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Hudson, Fla. He was also past exalted ruler of the Benevolent Protective Order of the Elks 2394 in Dayville, N.J. He is survived by his wife, Gail of Port Richey, Fla.; daughter, Kristine Dekany of Hudson, Fla.; son, John R. Laird IV of Jackson, N.J.; brothers, Robert of Bayville, N.J., and Ronald of Brick, N.J.; and nine grandchildren. Arrangements have been entrusted with Prevatt Funeral Home in Hudson, Fla.
