AUGUSTA, Ga. - John Phillip Cooper, 49, entered into rest Saturday, March 23, 2013, in Lancaster, Ohio. He was a life-long resident of Augusta. He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Laverne Waters. He is survived by his father, Gene (Joan) Cooper; two brothers, Gene Cooper, Jr. and Glenn (Donna) Cooper; two sisters, Diane Cooper (Bobby Peterson) and Janine (Paul) Meyer; also, many cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
