John Peter McGrath III, 54, of North Fort Myers, FL, died Saturday, April 19, 2003, while vacationing in the Turks-Caicos Islands. A food concession manager in the family business, he resided in North Fort Myers for the past six years. He was a former resident of Louisville, where he was a news reporter for WHAS TV. Mr. McGrath enjoyed boating, target shooting and horses. He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Teresa A. McGrath; children, John P. McGrath IV of Nashville, TN, and Shannon Fisk of Jeffersonville, IN; parents, John and Phyllis McGrath of North Fort Myers; sister, Darcy Hithersay of Sanford, FL; and two brothers, Kevin McGrath of North Fort Myers and Dana McGrath of Cape Coral, FL. Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2003, at North Fort Myers Memorial Funeral Home, with the funeral service following at 7 p.m. The family would prefer that contributions be made to WHAS Crusade for Children, P.O.
