Obituary of John-Paul Ballard

LAKE ALFRED -- Master JohnPaul Malachi Ballard, the son of Richard W. and Catherine R. Ballard of Winter Haven, died Tuesday (Sept. 5, 2006) at home. He was 13 weeks old.He was born in Winter Haven on June 5, 2006.In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Phyllis J. Ballard, Winter Haven; brother, Blaise M. Ballard, Winter Haven; maternal grandmother, Rae Lynn Yates, Peoria, Ill.; maternal grandfather, Michael Yates Sr., Peoria; paternal grandmother, Lori Stade, Michigan; paternal grandfather, Richard Ballard, Michigan.Visitation will be from 2 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Chapel in Winter Haven. Services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Rolling Hills Cemetery in Winter Haven. Mitchell-Dinan Funeral Home.
