Eberhart, John P. III, 79, of Tamarac Lakes, FL passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2004 after a long illness. Born in Yonkers, NY. He had been a Florida resident for the past 51 years. He served in the US Army Air Corp during WW II and flew the hump. He was a decorated veteran. Survivors include his 3 children; daughter, Jennifer Eberhart of Tamarac, FL, Jacqueline of Lake Lure, NC, son, John Eberhart IV of Hollywood, FL; life time friend and companion, Geri Eberhart of Lake Lure, NC; 3 grandchildren, Jessica Eberhart, Amber Eberhart and John Ferry; sister, Ann King & Husband; 2 nieces, Ann and Kathy; nephew, James and family of Baltimore, MD. The family received friends Thursday 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will take place Friday, 10 am at St. Clements Catholic Church with inurnment Monday, 2:30 pm at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. Cremation arrangements by T.M.
