MILLER, John "Jay," 76, of Tampa, passed away October 9, 2006, in Tampa. He was a nurse anesthetist and leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 23 years, Mary; mother-in-law, Mary Richards; brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Cathy Richards; and niece, Kelly Richards. Jay loved to travel, tell a great story and live life to the fullest. His second home was in Paris. A celebration of Jay's life will be conducted in the future.
