CARTER--John Mack. The Board of Directors and staff of Susan G. Komen Greater NYC note with sadness the passing of John Mack Carter. John was the visionary co-founder of the Komen NYC Race for the Cure. His legacy endures in the continued success of the Race and the Greater NYC Affiliate of Susan G. Komen, today the largest of the Komen affiliates. We are indebted to his commitment to ending breast cancer.
