James Mackens and Bro. Leo Hagewood officiating. Interment followed in the Cumberland Furnace Cemetery. Visitation with the family was held on Sunday from 2 until 8 p.m., and on Monday from 11 a.m. until time of service. Mr. Lee died Friday, April 20, 2012 at his home. Survivors include his wife, Violetta Lee, Cumberland Furnace; daughters, Loretta Marie Scroggins, Charlotte, TN, Connie (Staley) Forsythe, Dickson, TN and Bonnie ("T") Titre, Cumberland Furnace; brothers, Jimmy (Imogene) Lee, Clarksville, TN and George (Rosie) Lee, Cumberland Furnace; sister, Carrie Sherwood, Fayetteville, NC; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; beloved pet, PeeWee. He was preceded in death by son-in-law, Robert Scroggins, Jr. For those desiring, memorials may be made to Avalon Hospice.
