John L. Williams - Richmond Hill -John L. Williams, 54, died December 21, 2006, at his home. He was a native of Johnson County and had been a resident of Richmond Hill for many years. He was a retired Senior Master Sergeant with the 165th Airlift Wing of the Georgia Air National Guard. He was a member of the ANG Non-Commissioned Officers Graduate Association, the Alee Temple of Bryan County, and was a Boy Scout. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Williams of Richmond Hill; one son, Johnny Williams of Richmond Hill; a sister, Maebell New of Savannah; and his foster father, Julius Drake of Savannah. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM Friday, December 22, 2006, in the Chapel of Thomas C. Strickland and Sons Funeral Home (West Chatham Chapel) in Pooler.
