John L. Davis, 84, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2003, at VA Medical Center. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Geneva Davis; two sons, Joe and John Davis Jr.; a stepdaughter, Robbie Bell; a friend, Bessie Ware; and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives. His funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at George Mason Funeral Home, with burial in National Cemetery in New Albany, IN. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday.
