JOHN KENNETH HODGES, III "KENNY" NOVEMBER 16, 1983 -JUNE 27, 2010 John Kenny Hodges, III, 26 years old, son of Andy and Angie Adcox, died June 27, 2010 in a motorcycle accident in Pensacola. Kenny was born in Ft. Polk, Louisiana and graduated from Adult High School at PJC in Pensacola. After graduating Kenny joined the U. S. Navy as a machinist mate, serving four years on the USS Truman stationed in Norfolk, Virginia. While in the Navy, Kenny was deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon his release from the Navy Kenny returned to Pensacola and was currently employed by Inland Dredging out of Mobile, Alabama. Kenny is survived by his parents, Andy and Angie Adcox; father, John K. Hodges, Jr.; brothers, Andrew Adcox, Jr. of San Antonio, TX and Mitch Adcox of Pensacola; former wife, Jenny Sears Hodges of Gulf Breeze; and girlfriend, Christi Newby of Norfolk, VA. "To young to say goodbye, we will meet you in our Lord's house." A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, July 02, 2010 at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel with a reception to follow. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home. BAYVIEW FISHER-POU CHAPEL, 3351 Scenic Highway, is in charge of arrangements.
