John Justin Loring III, 32 of Panama City passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012. Justin was born January 23, 1980 to John and Linda Loring in Jackson, Michigan. He was a graduate of A. C. Mosley High School and displayed his love of music as a vocalist in the school's student chorus. He was the only one of his peers at Mosley to win a scholarship from the Florida Restaurant Association. He attended Gulf Coast Community College, where he earned a degree in Culinary Arts. Afterward, Justin served as the Market Manager for Captain Anderson's Restaurant for over 16 years. He worshipped at Forest Park United Methodist Church where he once served as a sound technician. Justin was hardworking and dedicated and touched many others' lives through his life.He is survived by his parents, John and Linda Loring of Panama City, Fla.; a sister, Erin (Marcus) Bailey; an aunt, Linda Bennett (Larry); an uncle, Chris Harris; nieces and nephews, Jon Marc, Hannah, Samuel, and Noël; numerous cousins and his extended family at Captain Anderson's. Justin is also survived by his close friend, Charlotte Walsingham, to whom he lovingly referred as his "second mom."A celebration of Justin's life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Southerland Family Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Charles Key solemnizing.
