BOWLAN, John James - Born October 31, 1931. It is with a heavy heart and incredible sadness that we have to say goodbye to John who passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2008 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of the late June Rose (nee Nelson). He leaves behind his present companion and soul-mate Barbra Bowlan in P.E.I. His spirit will live on in his children, Tommy (Glenna) Rickerby, Donnie (Carrie) Rickerby, and Dianne (Wayne) Ezard. His legacy will continue in his 7 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. John's celebration of a life well lived will be held at held at the PINE HILLS VISITATION, CHAPEL AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 625 Birchmount Road (N. of St. Clair) 416-267-8229, on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Pine Hills Cemetery. A good man, devoted husband, and loving father; his memory will live on in all our hearts forever.
