HARRINGTON, John J., 53, of Tampa, died June 23, 2007, of natural causes. He was born in Valdosta, Ga., and was a career communications specialist with the Air Force. He moved to Tampa from Manheim, Germany, and had been employed as a civil servant in communications with MacDill Air Force Base following his retirement. Survivors include his wife of 23 years, Sunee; his daughter, Jessica, and son, Jacob; all of Tampa; a sister, Jill of Winston-Salem, N.C.; and three brothers, Thomas of San Diego, Calif., Edward Michael of Charleston, S.C., and Dean of Winston-Salem.
