DeSimone III, John J. 'Johnny' Jun. 15, 1967 - Jan. 16, 2015 Johnny J. DeSimone, III, 47, of Sarasota, FL, died on Jan. 16, 2015. Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, Jan. 23, 2015 at Gendron Funeral Home 135 N. Lime Ave. in Sarasota, FL. Survived by his wife, Rebecca A. DeSimone, his daughter Amanda DeSimone, and his step-children, Michael, Alexis, and Melanie Arnold; his mother, Suzanne DeSimone and her husband Neil 'Pops' Horton, his father John DeSimone and his wife Michelle, his sisters, Joelle 'Peeper' DeSimone-Fernandez and spouse, Brigette 'Buttons' DeSimone-Ehrlich and spouse, Alyssa Williams, and brothers Eric DeSimone and Greg Birch, Grandmother Eileen Holcombe 'Mom-Mom,' Great Uncle Victor and Conchetta DeSimone 'or Uncle Vic and Aunt Connie', Uncle George Holcombe and spouse, Aunt Janice Ogden and spouse, Aunt Candy Sweiger and spouse, and nephews, Alan and Thomas, the 'Yo-baby yo baby yo' boys, and his absolutely beloved nephew Gavin. He touched everyone that he met, and there has rarely been a more vital soul than Johnny. May we all pray that everyone is as blessed as we are to have known him.
