HORNE, John. It is with very great sadness that the family wishes to inform friends and colleagues of his recent death on Monday, March 11, 2013. His family had a private celebration to farewell a dearly loved and respected gentleman. His family have also appreciated the depth of care he has received in the last few months and wishes to thank Dr Rob Hayes, Naomi Court staff and Donna from Nelson Nursing Service.
