-->John H. Underwood LYMAN, SC-- John Howard Underwood, 59, of 750 Sloan Road died January 2, 2008 at his home. A native of Spartanburg, he was the son of the late John W. and Muriel Henderson Underwood and husband of Teresa Ayers Underwood. He was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church and an Assistant Manager at Advance Auto. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Johnathan Underwood of the home and James Taylor of Landrum; a daughter, Crystal Underwood Belanger of Landrum; two sisters, Susan Hensley of Green Creek and Sandi Underwood of Forest City; and seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by two grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, January 3, 2008 at Petty Funeral Home.
