John H. Paro II, 56, Watertown, N.Y., and formerly of Venice, died Dec. 9, 2003, at home. He was born Jan. 11, 1947, in Watertown and lived in Venice from 1989 to 1992. He was manager of Niesner's Department Store in the Albany, N.Y., area, and later worked for Switzer's of Syracuse, N.Y. Survivors include a daughter, Carrie L. of Bristol, Tenn.; his parents, Carl W. and Gladys M. of Theresa, N.Y.; a brother, Bruce E. of Watertown; sisters Marie Sykes of Pillar Point, N.Y., and Tracy David of Watertown. Services and burial will be in New York where Frederick Bros. Funeral Home, Theresa, is in charge.
