ELLIOTT - John ("Jack") W. Elliott 1933-2015; died in a car accident on Feb. 12, 2015 in his 81th year in Safety Harbor, Florida. Survived by his loving wife Nicole Elliott, his children Valerie (and Stephan), John (and Barbara), David (and Donovan), stepsons Réal (and Theresa), and Dennis (and Nancy), and grandchildren, Heika, Sarah, Christopher, Dylan, Shane, Téa, and Jonas. Jack was instrumental in creating the South Ottawa International Soccer Club in the 70s. His lengthy career as an economist with the federal government culminated with the ratification of the Canada-US Free Trade Agreement. He retired in the warmth of Florida with his wife of 35 years, Nicole. A remembrance and celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, May 2nd.
