ELLIOTT John Austin: I was born in Victoria on December 30, 1941. On April 3, 2004, with family by my side, I went to be with my Lord. I am leaving behind (for now), Evelyn, my wife, and children; Bill (JoAnne), Loretta (Glenn), Rob (Jeanette), Janie (Rob) and grandchildren, mother Laura, sister Marion (Brian), brother Richard (Rose), in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews. I used to work for the Liquor Control Board. Served as Past Zone Chairman of 19-1-2, and an active memberin James Bay Lions and later in the Cowichan Lake Lions. I also sat on the Executive Board of Branch #43, O.A.P. in Lake Cowichan. Many thanks to my doctors and the nurses at Cowichan District Hospital for all their care and kindness. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Royal Oak Baptist Church, 898 Royal Oak Avenue, Victoria on Thursday, April 8, 2004 at 3:00 pm.
