CURRY John E., of Bourne, formerly of Brockton and Pocasset, died March 4, 2006, at the age of 69, devoted member of The Over the Hill Gang at Pocasset Golf Club. Husband of 45 years to Ann M. (Moynihan) Curry of Bourne; father of John Curry and his wife Dorene of Buzzards Bay, Donna Sullivan and her husband Paul of Wrentham and Kathleen McDonald and her husband Tom of Hanover; also survived by eight grandchildren, Nicole, Emily, PJ, Julianne, Chip, Katelyn, Eric, Ryan, and many nieces and nephews.A visitation will be held at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Blvd., Bourne, on Wednesday, March 8, from 4-8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Evangelist Church, 841 Shore Road, Pocasset, on Thursday, March 9, at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Oakland Grove Cemetery, Bourne.
