HAMILTON, JOHN CALVIN II, 63, of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, formerly of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2008, in the Virgin Islands. He was retired from retail sales in the marina industry, past president of the Rotary Club and a member of the USVI Texas Society, in the Virgin Islands. He was an alumni of Durrett High School, graduating in 1962. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy M. Hamilton; sons, Johnny C. Hamilton III and Edward J. Hamilton; two grandchildren; and brother, Gary L. Hamilton. The family has chosen cremation, with a memorial service at noon Friday at Evergreen Funeral Home, with inurement in Cave Hill Cemetery.
