John C. Peters 70, a lifelong Hastings on Hudson resident, died January 27th. Son of Edwin and Catherine (Walk) Peters. John was an oil burner technician for Tarry Fuel in Tarrytown, NY. He married Kathleen Buchanan on August 12, 1961 at Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Yonkers, NY. His great love was his family and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Kathleen, daughters, Tara Reynolds, Jennifer Nash, Johnna Damore and son Johnny Peters. He is the beloved grandfather of eleven.
