John C. Palmer III, 42, Port Charlotte, died Aug. 6, 2003. He was born Sept. 15, 1960, in Tampa and came to Port Charlotte two years ago from Largo. He was in the tree service business. He was a Methodist. Survivors include his mother, Barbara C. of Largo; and sisters Angela M. Seaberger of Largo, and Barbara J., Linda, and Deborah P. Lynn, all of Tallahassee. A memorial service will be at 9:30 a.m. Sunday at Laishley Park Pavilion in Punta Gorda. Family and friends will meet 9 a.m. Sunday at the Best Western Waterfront in Punta Gorda.
