LUCAS, JOHN C. "JACK," 71, passed away at his residence Saturday , September 25, 2010. He was born in Louisville to John Carl Lucas Sr. and Marie Graf. Jack was a retired refinisher at Kitchen Kom pact, with 42 years service. He was a member of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, St. Denis Campus, and the Knights of Columbus. He was a "Loved Driver" for the Amish Community. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife: Anna Mae (Hardesty) Lucas; three children, John Carl Lucas III, Martin Lucas (Natalie) and Tracey Lucas; four grandchildren; two brothers, Robert "Chip" and Michael Lucas; and two sisters, Margie Ohlmann (Joe) and Beverly Stinson. Jack's funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, St. Denis Campus, 4205 Cane Run Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
