John C. Claunch III John Clifford Claunch III, age 52, of Fairhope, Ala., died on Nov. 7, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Ann; daughters, Margaret, Anna Grace and Beth; parents, Regina and John Claunch, of Muscle Shoals, Ala.; sister and brother-in-law, Jennifer and Scott Cornelius, of Muscle Shoals, Ala.; brother, Jeff, of Fairhope; in-laws, Charles and Patricia Achauer, of Lindale, Texas; sister-in-law, Susan Amick, of Dallas, Texas; brothers-in-law, Charles Achauer, of Dallas, Texas, and Bill Achauer, of Heidelberg, Germany; two nephews, Jonathan Claunch, of Fairhope, and Kyle Cornelius, of Muscle Shoals; and two nieces, Meredith Claunch, of Fairhope, and Kate Cornelius, of Muscle Shoals, Ala. John loved spending time with his cherished wife and daughters, family and friends. He tried to see the best in people and loved the years spent in Fairhope and Kirkwood, Mo. A memorial service will be held at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 545 South Mobile Street, Fairhope, AL, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, with a reception in Trinity Hall following the service.
