John James "Jack" Burnett III, 75, of 133 Anita Drive, died Sunday, Sept. 11, 2005, at Emory University Hospital. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Margaret Thrift Burnett; three daughters, Annie Lelia Moore of Taylors, Beth McGrath and her husband, Steve, of Mt. Pleasant, and Jamie White of Spartanburg; and seven grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2005, at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.Floyd's North Church Street Chapel.
