LEXINGTON - Chenault, John Blackwell III, 77, died Thursday, June 7, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Todd Chenault; his daughters, Elizabeth Ann Chenault, Carlisle Chenault, Luisa Sullivan Chenault, Sarah Blackwell Chenault (Stephen) Southward; grandsons, Joshua Stephen Southward and John Blackwell Southward; sisters, Luisa deVarona Chenault and Carlisle Chenault (Philip) Farmer; and stepdaughters, Carolyn Congleton and Susan Congleton (Christopher) Ryman and their children, Dylan and Kathryn. John was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years and mother of his children, Ann McIntosh Chenault.
