WESTFORD - John Anthony Santos, 74, a resident of Westford since 1972, died Tuesday, March 16, at the Genesis Westford House. He was the husband of Mitty (Alho) Santos, who died in 1979. He was born in Stoughton, a son of the late Joseph and Mary (Fernandes) Santos. He was a graduate of the Wentworth Institute. Mr. Santos served as a staff sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Europe. He was honorably discharged in December 1953. Prior to his retirement, he worked at Honeywell Bull Systems. He also worked as a computer parts purchaser at 3-M Co. of Billerica for 25 years. Survivors include a daughter, Diane Santos of Westford; a son, Michael Santos of Litchfield, N.H.; a sister, Mary Pitta of Stoughton; and three brothers, William Santos of Foxboro, Peter Santos of Stoughton and Joseph Saints of Delaware.
