FERNANDEZ John Anthony(Tony) Fernandez, 35, died unexpectedly on Thursday, January 26, 2006. He was a life long resident of Jacksonville. Tony was our cherished son, brother, and father. He was loved and will be truly be missed. Survivors include his parents, Eliz and John Fernandez, a son, Cody Fernandez, sister, Nicole (Sis) Seymour, her husband William and son Nicholas, his fiancee, Ashley Baker, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
