WILLIAMS John A. Williams formerly of 3190 Edgewood Avenue West, Apt 49, passed away August 23, 2002. A native of Cochran, GA, Mr. Williams moved to Jacksonville many years ago. He was employed by the Revlon Company until he retired. He was a member of Zion Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Pernell Raggins, Pastor. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 31, 2002 at 11:30 a.m. in Long Street Baptist Church, Route one, Cochran, GA, Rev. Thomas Jefferson, Pastor, officiating. Survivors include sisters, Ezra M. White, Clara Williams and Helen E. Smith (Joseph), all of Miami, FL; brothers, Ralph Williams (Marie), Springfield, MA, Willie C. Williams, Macon, GA, Albert Williams (Annett) of Miami, FL; aunt, Mary J. Williams, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
