WALDRON - Dr. John A. "Jack", 71, of Ridgewood, passed away Monday, December 11, 2006. An avid photographer/artist, Jack was a believer in community based special education, and he enjoyed cooking and gardening. Jack was dedicated to the Adaptive Sports Foundation in Windham, NY, as well as the Focusing Institute. Beloved husband of Mary Waldron. Loving father of Deirdre Power and husband Declan, Eileen Lux and husband Andy, Peg DePhillips and husband Gregg, Tom Waldron and wife Melissa, John Waldron and wife Anne and Gretchen Savino and husband Bart. Cherished grandfather of Aisling, Aidan, Kieran, Sarah, Kevin, Mary, Zach, Grace, Abigail, Natalie, Megan, Meredith, Brady, and Sophia. Dear brother of Mary Doellgast, Richard Waldron, Sheila Goeller, Thomas Waldron and the late Patsy Grippo-Waldron. Jack is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services provided by the Feeney Funeral Home, 232 Franklin Avenue, Ridgewood, NJ 07450, 201-444-7650. Family and friends may visit on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. A Community Eulogy will be held Thursday evening at 8:30 PM; all are welcome. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Church of the Presentation, Upper Saddle River on Friday at 10 AM. Private cremation will follow.
