TRENTON - John A. Ames, 44, died on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Capital Health Regional Medical Center.Born in Northampton County, VA, he was a resident of Trenton for most of his life.John graduated from Trenton Central High School and earned certification as a diesel and truck technician from Mercer County Technical School.He was employed as a bus driver by Dapper and Rick Bus Companies for several years.He was predeceased by his parents, William and Alice Ames; maternal grandmother, Gertrude Kent and paternal grandmother, Sadie Ames. He is survived by two brothers, William C. Muse of Tempe, AZ and Ronald F. Muse of Korea; two sisters, Kimberley A. Muse of Trenton and Patricia Ames of Cape Charles, VA; three nieces; three nephews; two great-nieces; two great-nephews and a host of other relatives and friends including Mrs. Minnie Davis and family and the Pact Team 3 of Catholic Charities.Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Anderson Funeral Service, 300 N. Willow St. Calling hours from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.Interment will be at Colonial Memorial Park, Hamilton Twp., NJ.
