Joe Lee Williams, 80, Sarasota, died March 15, 2003. He was born Nov. 3, 1922, in Salem, Ala., and came to Sarasota three weeks ago from Clewiston. He was a carpenter and a member of Greater Friendship Baptist Church, Clewiston. Survivors include a daughter, Georgia M. Moore of Sarasota; a son, Claude of Clewis- ton; several sisters and brothers; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today in Clewiston. A service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Greater Friendship Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Washington Memorial Cemetery, Clewiston. Jones Funeral Home is in charge.
