He was elected Mayor of Gordonsville for three consecutive terms spanning from 1988 to 2000. Mr. Anderson is survived by his wife, Ruth Anderson of Gordonsville, TN; nephew, William H. "Bill" (Marcia) Anderson of Reno, NV; niece, Charlotte (Norman) Karin of Buffalo, NY.Funeral on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 1 p.m., at Gordonsville Chapel of Bass Funeral Homes, with Bro. Jimmy Gregory officiating.
