JoAnne Roddy Garrett Taylor, 56, of 7 McCrary St., died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2004.Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late William and Bertie Mae Mathis Roddy.She was employed by Collins & Aikman Plant as a machine operator and was a member of Oak Crest Baptist Church.Surviving are a daughter, Melissa Garrett Hawkins of Greenville; a son, Charles E. Garrett of Travelers Rest; two sisters, Mary R. Greene of Landrum, Doris R. Sizemore of Greenville; a brother, Charles Kenneth Roddy of Greenville; and six grandchildren.The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Oak Crest Baptist Church, with burial in Graceland Cemetery, West.The family is at the home of sister, Doris Sizemore, 9 E. Welcome Road, Greenville.
