SMITH, Joanne ElizabethOf Surrey, BC. Passed away June 14, 2013 at age 41. Predeceased by her father Garnett Smith and brother Terry Smith. Joanne will be lovingly remembered by her partner Ted Cooper and mother Lillian Smith and forever missed by her Sister Debbie Smith, brothers Wesley Smith, Ronald Smith and many relatives and friends.
