Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday and from 4 p.m. until the hour of service on Thursday at the funeral home.Joanne was born January 12, 1959 in Clarksville, daughter of Dr. Darrell Ray Shipley, M.D. and Bobbie Sue Cox Shipley. She was a member of Hilldale Church of Christ.In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her son, Joshua Lynn Martin. Survivors include her husband, Edwin L.
