Joanne L.M. “Auntie Jo Jo” Jacques, 63, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Feb. 6, 2005. Joanne was born on Aug. 17, 1941, in Green Bay, to the late Kenneth and Dorothy (Santas) Jacques. She was a 1959 graduate of East High School. She also attended UWGB. She was employed at St. Vincent Hospital for 43 years in food service. She retired on her birthday, Aug. 17, 2004. She also donated blood and platelets at the Red Cross regularly. Jo Jo enjoyed watching football and was an avid Packers fan. She also enjoyed crafts and working with flowers.She will be sadly missed by two brothers and one sister, Dean Jacques, Darryl and Joanne Jacques, Janette and Terry Bies, all of Green Bay; seven nieces and nephews and 10 great-nieces and nephews; her Aunt Erma Koss; and godchild, Cheryl.She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Dennis and Donald.Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home and Crematory, 1630 E. Mason St., on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. Funeral service 7 p.m. at the funeral home with Nancy Blashka officiating. Burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
