COX, Joann R. 70, of St. Pete Beach, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2008, at Menorah Manor in St. Petersburg. She was born in McDermott, OH, and came here in 1997 from Madeira, OH. Joann taught elementary school for 30 years for the Milford school system and was Methodist. Mrs. Cox is survived by her loving husband, Thomas L.
