PARNELL, Joan (nee Ward). In her seventy-third year of a rich and loving life, passed away on April 27, 2004, Joan Ward Parnell. She leaves to mourn with precious memories, loving husband of forty-five years, Francis, and devoted children Janice (John), Darlene (Colin) and Frank. She will be profoundly missed by grandchildren Chad, Matthew, Chase, Andrew and Evelyn, all of whom loved their Nana with endless joy - a love she returned a hundredfold each and every day of their young lives. She will be sadly missed and deeply cherished by brother Garth (Leila), sisters Viola (Ted), Regina and Donalda, sister-in-law Jackie and a host of close friends. Family and friends can visit Sunday, May 2 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial service will be celebrated on Monday, May 3 at 11 a.m. Both the visitation and service will be held at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont (514) 279-6540.
